The Theatrum of flavors, adjoined to the restaurant, houses an open kitchen with two large wooden tables for guests, where ingredients and raw materials of our territory will be protagonists of group and thematic dinners, tastings, presentations, personalized experiences with the chef, specialized training courses, workshops and international research and development projects.

A professional kitchen and a refined and comfortable convivial space

A space in which to develop ideas, projects and events functional to enhance and divulge the values ​​associated with Italian cuisine, addressing future professionals in the sector as well as customers who want an immersive enogastronomic experience.
Here we talk about cooking, ingredients, territory, tools, service and hospitality. The space is created in collaboration with architecture and interior design professionals and in partnership with a selection of brands that express excellence in their sector.

Private dinners

You can exclusively reserve the Theatrum for private lunches or dinners with a la carte menu or personalised menu, also with the presence of the chef on request.

The protagonists of the thematic dinners are specific ingredients from different areas of Italy, selected by our chefs to create a menu and tell the story together with the producers of excellent raw materials, tracing a virtual map of the richness of our peninsula.

COOKING WITH HONEY
A menu that enhances the use of honey in cuisine, in collaboration with Andrea Paternoster (Mieli Thun) who will talk about his passion for the art of beekeeping and to recognize and appreciate honey as a noble food.

June 25th
SUMMER TASTES AND COLORS
A menu created with seasonal vegetables from the garden of Stefano Alberti of the Azienda Agricola Orticola Celeste, which during the dinner will tell the story of the ingredients and their cultivation.
